Looking for a hitch for a dodge ram 3500 single rear wheel truck with utility body. Can you recommend what will fit. Thanks

I would be happy to! It sounds like your 2018 Ram 3500 is the cab and chassis model. To add a hitch to it you will want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C15800 for a 2-1/2" receiver or item # C15400 for a 2" receiver. Both of these hitches are custom fit for the cab and chassis model Ram 3500's and bolt to it with included hardware. These both fit single rear wheel and dually trucks that have a frame width of 34" wide measured from the outside of the frame rails.

I have linked a couple of installation videos below for both of these hitches to help you get them set up.

If your 2018 Ram 3500 is not a cab and chassis model and you had the utility body added you'll want the Curt Trailer Hitch Item # C15803 with a 2-1/2" receiver you were looking at or item # 41929 for a 2" receiver.
