Question:
What ball mount would you recommend for this Draw Tite hitch on a 2019 Subaru Forester? Im planning to tow a small enclosed uhaul. The uhaul website says the optimal ball height for towing U-Haul trailers is 18.5-18.75. The top of the receiver on the installed hitch is 13.75. I was considering the Curt 45900 ball mount, so I am able to make adjustments and use it on other vehicles in the future. Is the Curt 45900 too heavy for this style hitch?

Your 2019 Subaru Forester with the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76271 can absolutely use the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ball Mount # C45900.
It isn't too heavy at all and you'll be able to use its 2" hitch ball with the U-Haul trailer. I think it's a good idea to use this ball mount if you plan on wanting to do towing with other vehicles in the future so you can make those adjustments. The ball mount does come with a pin and clip to secure it to the hitch though I do recommend considering a hitch lock for added security, part # e98881.
Additionally, if you need a 4-way wiring harness for your '19 Forester the correct part is the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56040.
