How to Find Mechanic to Install Trailer Hitch on 2019 Subaru Forester

Question:
No one else has a hitch for the 2019 Subaru Forester, the 76271... Id like to buy it through you guys but am unable to install it myself. Can you refer me to someone in the Sacramento area who would do this install? U-Haul will only install their own hitches, and Ive called around and cant find anyone who says they will do it. The Subaru dealer ship has one, but its $800. Oh hell no! Hoping you can refer me to where I might get it installed if I buy it. Thanks

The Draw-Tite # 76271 trailer hitch that fits your 2019 Subaru Forester is a straightforward install and any qualified local mechanic should be able to do it easily. We are an online retailer and are not affiliated with any type of installers so there is nobody we can reliably refer you to.
That said, your attitude towards an $800 trailer hitch and installation is right on as there is no reason whatsoever to shell out that type of money for a hitch and installation.
The install on your '19 Forester should take a professional mechanic no more than about 30 minutes. If you can't find any local, independent mechanic shops to install it I recommend taking a look at mobile mechanic services that can be found online who will come to you for the installation.
