You are looking for the Curt Hitch item # C96NR! This hitch mounts behind your 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L's rear bumper and can be completely concealed when you are not towing. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 7,500 lbs towing capacity and a 750 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked an installation video below to help you get it set up.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C27BR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
