Can Lippert OneControl Be Used with Smart Phone if Touch Screen is Bad

Question:
If your camper came with the OneControl Wireless Hub # LC45UD you are able to fully control the system from your smartphone. if this is true, can the i phone be used with a bad one control touch screen?

According to my research you can use your smart phone instead of the OneControl touch screen if you have the Wi-Fi Gateway Hub for Lippert OneControl Systems # LC45UD. However, I do recommend replacing the Touch Screen # LC83VR as well just in case you have something happen to your phone like it's accidentally misplaced or is dead.
Try pairing your phone to the system first to make sure you can do everything you want. There should be a QR Code near the control panel that you can scan once you've downloaded and signed in to the LCI One Control App.
