Question:

LCI Electronic Leveling When I push the on/off button touch screen does not come on. Touch pad number 234802. Small red lights are on. None of the buttons work. Received new touch pad but no difference.

The blank screen on your LCI Ground Control 3.0 could be either a power issue or a control module issue. I recommend first remove the panel and unplug it from the back leaving it unplugged for at least 15 minutes so that it loses all of the residual power and is completely shut off. After that plug it back in.

If you still have the blank screen then I recommend checking your power. These systems require very specific power and have a 15-amp fuse that runs to the screen and a 35-amp fuse that runs to the control module. Confirm the fuses are good and 12V power is getting to the units. Double check the battery power on your trailer and the ground wire connection is bare metal to metal on your frame as this system will only operate when the battery connections are ideal.

If you continue to have the screen issue, then you will need to replace the control module. This system has 3 parts so, since you have a new touch pad the control module # LC304136 is likely the culprit. The only other component is the motors on each leg which wouldn't cause the blank screen, so if power isn't the issue the Control Module is bad and needs to be replaced. Since we no longer have the motors, you would need to replace the entire unit.

Are leveling system touch panel does not light up. We have checked the 4 35 amp fuses but can’t find the 15 amp. Where would we find ?

The 15 amp fuse should be in-line on the circuit that runs to the control panel (part # LC421484). If you still have trouble locating it please let me know.

I have a 2013 coachmen Encounter 34ta. Leveling pads do not work. Received new control board, and still have problems. Installed new control board today and still having problems. Hit on off a couple times and all lights start flashing.

@DougB Can you tell me what leveling system you do have? Is it the 2.0 or 3.0 leveling system from Lippert? Which control board did you install?

I had the same problem. I pressed the pin hole reset and got nothing. Rather than waste $650 on a new panel I decided to remove the panel and unplug the 1st big white wire harness and plug it back in. Immediately the screen reset and lit up. Takes about 60 seconds for it to fully boot back up but everything works great. Sometimes screens freeze. Just unplug and replug. Easy peezy….
