LCI Leveling System Troubleshooting

Question:
My Lippert LCI leveling system is showing jacks down when the jacks are up. All the lights start blinking with break off and ignition on. Cannot lower jacks. Reset by pushing all four buttons just stops it for a second then lights start blinking again. Checked fuses. After a few minutes just the lights on left side blink. Trans fluid level is hard to check as it is transparent on the dip stick. But the see through fluid tank shows level is about an 1-1/4 in below top of tank. The upper dip stick notch is near this height. I have had this happen before and I drove over the cascades on two camping trips and the alarm went off and the jacks worked fine. How do you get the jacks down light off when jacks are up?

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and they said that it sounds like you just aren't holding the 4 buttons for the reset long enough. It requires 5 seconds, but many people will count to 5 a little too fast and the system won't reset. He said if that doesn't work then the controller is bad and will need to be replaced. For instance, the Replacement Control Module for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC304136 is the replacement for the Ground Control System.
