Troubleshooting Solid Red Light on Lippert Replacement Controller V-Sync II

Question:

When sliding out, one motor stops after a couple seconds. When I check the controller, there is a solid red light for about 10 seconds then the light clears. No blinking green or red, just solid red then no light. When the light clears, I can run the slide the rest of the way out. No problems bringing the slide back in. I have a brand new battery and can detect no kinks in the wires. I did reset the controller and still have the same issue. The track looks clean. Any advice on what to do next would be appreciated.

If the controller you have is the part # LC211852 that is showing a solid red light that would indicate the controller is bad since that is not a standard fault code. You would need to replace it with the # LC211852.
