The Saris Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks # SAR36VR has an overall capacity of 250lbs (rack and bikes) so it could technically accommodate two 85lb e-bikes as well as a rack, but the bike racks confirmed to be compatible with this extender aren't rated to hold 85lb e-bikes.
