Does Torklift Tie Down Lock Set TLS9700 Come with O-Rings

Hi. Regarding product TLS9700: Does this product come with the o-ring Torklift tells me should be included, to take up the 1-1/4” gap on the lock shaft when using the locks on Torklift Fastguns? Please let me know. Thank you.

Yes, the TorkLift tie down lock set part # TLS9700 does come with everything that Torklift says it comes with including the O-ring you mentioned.
