Question:
I need to replace the 5th wheel hitch on my 2013 DRV Elite Suites 36rssb3 20,000 lb, 3700 PW. I am having trouble identifying The Lippert wheel pin box. The width inside is 12.5 like the 1116 and 1716 but the hole spacing is 2 vertical and 7 ? horizontal like the 1621? I use an Andersen ball mount hitch in the truck. My trailair air bag hitch is not working properly and at 120psi, it doesnt raise anywhere near the set line. Even at 150 psi way above the limit it is still way below the line. My tongue weight is verified at 3550 lb. Thanks

Hi Bill! Thanks for your pictures, they were extremely helpful! ^___^
The LCI Part # 194170 on that tag you found means you have a 1621 pin box. The Gen-Y # GY45SR you were looking at is specifically for the Lippert 1116 and 1716 pin boxes, so you will actually want the following part:
Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621/1621HD - 30K - 4.5K TW # GY68GR
This has the exact same 30K towing capacity and 4.5K tongue weight capacity, it's just specifically designed for the bolt pattern on your 5th wheel. And just for peace of mind, I did double check with Gen-Y and you can absolutely use this with your Andersen hitch as well.
Side note about your Andersen though, I saw that crack in it and you really should replace that if you haven't already. We do carry that with the Andersen King Pin Coupler with Funnel - Rectangle - For Ultimate Connection Fifth Wheel Hitches # AN83VR. This will replace the entire red part of the hitch and you will be good to go.
Any more trips planned for the year? If so, where are you going to test this Gen-Y out?
