Is My Thomas Payne Recliner The Momentum Series Or Seismic Series?

How do I determine if I have a Momentum recliner or a Seismic series recline in my RV. One side of the recliner does not work. It will massage and heat but not go up and down. I have a 2018 Bighorn by Heartland.

The best way to determine if you have the Momentum or Seismic Series recliner is to look at the buttons on the Cupholder. The Momentum series should have only 3 buttons on the cupholder for light, massage and heat. The Seismic series will have 5 buttons. Light, open, close, massage, and heat. I have included pictures of both below for your reference.
It sounds like yours does have all 5 functions on the cupholder controls, which would mean yours is the Seismic Series. If the the controls are not functioning, in most cases replacing the control box # LC36FR will fix the issue. This issue is actually not unheard of for these recliners. We also carry the replacement cupholder # LC38FR if you are in need.
