Thomas Payne Recliner Has Power But Does Not Work

Question:
Brand new Thomas Payne theater seating reclinders. Our 1st weekend using them and out right reclinder suddenly stopped working. It has power and the cup holder lights up but the control buttons by your right thigh no longer lights up and works. It is as if we accidentally locked it from being touched accidentally. Any advice??

This sounds like a faulty control box, and unfortunately that is a pretty common issue with these recliners. To fix it, you'll just have to replace your control box with the Replacement Control Box for Thomas Payne Momentum Recliners and Sofas # 195-387596 if you have the Momentum series recliner, or the Replacement Power Control Box for Thomas Payne Seismic Recliners and Sofas # LC36FR if you have the Seismic series recliner.
It also wouldn't hurt to do a hard reset before you replace the control box. Just unplug the chair from power for about 10 minutes and then plug it back in and check for functionality. If nothing, then just go ahead and replace the control box.

the ridht side , nothing works on the switches i change the power cord from other side no differant I replaced the control box , no differance I took the switch contol on armrest , ther's power there. no differance
