Question:

The cup holder lights up on both sides. The switch for up/down, heat/massage and lumbar/headrest and under light on the one side DO NOT WORK. Cup holder is not the problem.

While the lights might still work for the functions on the cupholder that actual switches in the cupholder may not. If you haven't already I would try swapping the cupholders to see if that makes a difference or not. If it's not the cupholder like the part # 195-387597 it's probably the power control box like the part # LC36FR which is for the Seismic line. You can try swapping those too to see if that allows the one side to work.

If it is the control box hopefully you do have a Seismic line Thomas Payne chair as that is what this box is designed to work with only.
