How do I take the cup holder out of the working side

If you need to remove one of the cup holder assemblies on your Thomas Payne Momentum Recliner you can do so by first locating the notch on the side of the cup holder that you should be able to feel with your hand. Then it's just a matter of using something like a flathead screwdriver to pop up the cup holder using this notch.

Once the unit is popped up from its recessed opening there will be 2 screws revealed that need to be removed before you can completely detach the cup holder wiring from the sofa.

For the replacement cup holder itself you can use part # 195-387597.

How to do so on the style with the red/blue/green heat/light/massage cupholder switches? No notch on these, don't want to break it! Thanks

Does your cup holder look different than the part # 195-387597 that was referenced? Because that cup holder has all of those functions and the notches that Chris was talking about. Here is an answer page that shows a picture of what Chris is talking about.

@JonG hi I am having the same issue, new momentum trailer, same cup holder as Warren S.,no notches how can we remove without causing damage?

@Gina Something else we have found out from Lippert is that they have a few different cup holder designs. If you don't have those notches then you probably need to remove the rubber piece on the inside of the holder at the bottom. This will reveal some screws that you can remove which will then allow you to simply lift the cup holder out of the arm.
