Does anyone make a 2" hitch for a 2023 Kia Seltos?

No, there is not. The only hitch available for the 2023 Kia Seltos is the Curt item # C65FR. This is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts completely behind the rear bumper leaving only the 1-1/4" receiver exposed. This not only looks better but it helps with ground clearance.
I have attach a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like once installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C89KR and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
