Question:

I have a late 90s EZ loader boat trailer. The actuator is a weld on UFP A60. Best i can tell this would be the comparable actuator. I really only need the inner member. It appears that the inner member only part is more expensive than this actuator. Is there any reason I couldn’t purchase this actuator and just remove the inner member and install it in the trailer? Yes, you could remove the inner member of the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 to replace the bad member of your UFP A-60. Our pricing algorithm can be a little confusing so if this is the less expensive route than just the inner member part # DX99FR it is what I would do as well.
