Question:
How do you remove the front pin to replace parts

Expert Reply:
The pins on the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator # DX63FR are removed by releasing the snap rings and washers from one side of the actuator. You will then be able to press out the pins. Do note depending on the age of your actuator and the amount of corrosion you may need some penetrating oil to help break the pins free from the sleeves inside the actuator. If the pin will still not release you can lightly tap on the end of the pin but be sure to be careful to not damage the retaining portion for the snap rings if you plan on reusing your pins.
We do have the Replacement Inner Member # DX99FR which will give you all new inner components and pins.
