Im looking for a side mounted electric jack with a 5000lb limit.

There isn't a 5,000 lb side-mount electric trailer jack made; the highest capacity side-mount electric trailer jack is the 2,500 lb capacity Fulton XLT Powered Drive Trailer Jack # F141401.

If you need a side-mounted jack with at least 5k of lift capacity you'd have to use the weld-on, manual crank Square Direct Weld Jack # TJD-8000S.
