The Tow Ready Wiring Harness part # 118572 that you referenced would be the correct trailer wiring harness for your 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. A color code or wiring diagram should not be necessary nor is one available for installing this harness since it plugs inline with your taillight wiring harnesses.
