Looking at the picture you sent in of your motorcycle trailer it would pretty easily weigh less than the 2,000 lb capacity of the Curt Hitch part # C11474 that is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Volkswagen Jetta. You probably have about 400 lbs of dirt bikes and the trailer probably only weighs a few hundred lbs as well.
For a ball mount with a 2 inch ball you would want the part # C45562 or for 1-7/8 inch ball you would want the # C45561.
Lastly you would want to check the owners manual of your vehicle for any towing restrictions/capacities.
