Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76194 is a confirmed fit for your 2024 Volvo XC60. It has a 2" receiver opening with a 6,000lb GTW capacity and 900lb TW capacity, but you'll still want to verify the capacity of your XC60 so you don't overload it. The receiver tube will sit just below the fascia so you'll have to trim out a hole for it to fit.
If you plan on towing a trailer you'll also want to pick up the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 as well. This will transfer your XC60's traffic signals through to the trailer's tail lights.
