How Much Bumper Trimming is Required to Install Curt Hitch on 2018 Volvo S90

Hi, I am looking to add a trailer hitch on my 2018 Volvo V90 Inscription not cross country. I see in your response to a S90, there was some rear fascia trimming. Can you tell me how much trimming would be necessary and would it be noticeable if years from now I decide to remove the hitch?

I attached a picture I took from the install instructions for the Curt hitch part # C13305 that fits the 2018 Volvo S90 Inscription that covers what needs to be trimmed as well as having a diagram. Basically it's just a small section that has to come off of the lower rear fascia.
We don't have a hitch that fits a V90 Inscription at this time (November 2018).
