I have a Yakima Stickup bike rack that I would like to convert to a 2inch shank. Do you have anything that would work. I do not want to use an adapter.

No, the Yakima StickUp you have does not have any replacement shanks like the Replacement 2" Hitch Shank for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks # 8880580 to convert your rack to a 2" shank.
Your only options are to either replace the entire rack with a different one with a 2" shank, or use a reducer # HT02.
