what is the bolt spacing on gm replacment legs #30937..also will these fit a reese elite signature head box. is the m5 box and elite box the same,

The Reese Elite and Reese M5 5th Wheel Hitches are completely different and the Replacement Legs item # RP86FR would not fit on the Elite series.

The Replacement Legs for Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # RP86FR have a center to center spacing of 13" to fit in the factory puck system for GM trucks built from 2020 - 2024. These will turn a Reese M5 5th Wheel Hitch into a item # RP26FR or item # RP58FR. I do not have the mounting bolt spacing that attaches the legs to the M5 if that's what you are referring to.

If you have a Reese Elite 5th wheel hitch, that mounts to 5th wheel rails, then you will need the Adapter Rails for 5th Wheel Hitches item # C88KR. This adapter will drop right down into the factory puck system of your 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 and provide a base to mount a 5th wheel hitch that attaches to industry standard rails.
