Question:

Need 2 wheels that will work with trailer tire ST225/75R15. Lugs got wallered out and had to put in 5/8” studs. 0 offset preferred. Need to have about ½” thick rims at the lug holes due to the burr on the new wheel studs sticking out about ½” on outside of hub before threads for wheel lug nuts to fasten too. 15, 5 hole on 4.5. Inner hub hole is 2 7/8 - could use bigger one. You have anything? Thanks.

Sure thing, and what you'll need is a 15" x 6" wheel as that's the size a ST225/75R15 trailer tire will fit. So for one that meets your specs with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you can choose from either of the following, depending on if there's a style you want:
