When you’re logging miles with a loaded trailer, this radial tire is built to handle the weight and the heat. The Provider ST225/75R15 has an 8-ply rating and carries up to 2,540 lbs at 65 psi. With a speed rating of M (81 mph), it’s ready for long hauls where many ST tires top out at 65 mph. It meets DOT specifications and exceeds FMVSS standards, so you can tow with confidence mile after mile.
This Provider radial uses double steel belts and double polyester cords with a protective nylon overlay to fight tread separation and heat buildup. That radial design keeps rolling resistance low, helping the tire run cooler and last longer on the highway. It’s bake tested to ensure the rubber compound holds up over time, so the tread stays strong through repeated trips in hot conditions.
The automotive-grade tread design stands out from standard trailer tires. Instead of solid ribs, it has broken ribs and fine sipes that channel water away from the contact patch, giving better traction when roads are wet, snowy, or icy. Tread depth bars make it easy to see wear at a glance, so you always know when it’s time for replacement before hitting the road again.

With a section width of 8.78" and an outer diameter of 28.31" when inflated, this ST225/75R15 tire fits standard 15-inch wheels in widths of 6", 6-1/2", or 7". The sturdy sidewalls are made specifically for trailer use—not passenger vehicles—so they can handle heavy tongue weights and rougher towing conditions without flexing too much under load.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Odelia was awesome. Service was friendly and fantastic This is not the first time that Odelia assisted me in not only product selection , but assurance in delivery to support my trailer repair efforts. I am very pleased with etrailer. First rate all the way! Thank you all.
Always pleased with the turn around time from ETrailer.
Ordered my tires a couples of days ago and bam here they are waiting for me when I got home today. Thanks for keeping my rig on the road! You guys are awesome
I received the radial trailer tires I ordered. Impressed with sidewall construction of the 8 ply tires. Hard to compress unmounted . Good sign. Just over $100 apiece and worth every dime.
Ordered trailer tires on line process was simple and they arrived sooner than expected. I also saved quite a bit of money. Great doing business with etrailer would recommend them to any one looking for tires.
Trailer Tires appear to be a good product at the right price (etrailer's price pledge was very helpful in keeping me from purchasing from the local big box store). Delivered in a timely fashion allowing me to get the trailer back on the road in no time. Expect these will last a good long time
I placed my order online and paid with a credit card, then reviewing the order I realized ine of the item was incorrect. I called and spoke with a wonderful customer service rep named Ricky. He cancelled my order and placed another order with the correct items. Everything arrived, individually boxed and perfect. Thank you again!!
After one year and about 8,000 miles, I've been very happy with these tires on my travel trailer. They have a higher speed and load rating than the Goodyear Marathons that I had before and these seem to ride quite smoothly.
etrailer provided excellent service. When it was determined that the tire I selected was not in stock, they offered me an upgrade to D range tire at no additional cost. Shipping was fast and I received my tires within a few days.
Like for like replacement tires on my trailer! My current set of tires have been all over the south east and have been a great set. Tire wear is minimal and good traction in all weather conditions. Etrailer provided a reasonable price, easy ordering and super fast shipping! I would definitely buy from them again! I Highly recommend both the tires and Etrailer!
Really glad to get my new set of trailer tires today. As always my order was shipped quickly and accurately. I always appreciate your how to videos. Came in handy when I replaced the wheel bearings.
Ties have over 20k miles and still look new. They are heavy duty high weight rated and I feel safe pulling trailer over 70 for long distances. I would highly recommend.
I have purchased four of the TTWTRTM2257515D and really like the looks of the tires. The employees are super and I will continue to do business with them. These tires that i purchased replaced cracked tires that was on my RV.
Bought because of the previous reviews. Fast shipping of the tires. I just had the tires mounted and balanced but haven't used the 5th wheel yet. Tires look great with a nice tread pattern. Time will tell.
NOTE: Be sure to check the tire speed ratings!
I was about to order a cheaper tire and happened to notice that it had a lower speed rating. Ordered these for our single Axle Malibu boat trailer and they seem to be working great. Excellent service from etrailer too! Thanks!
Great tires, I tow my trailer a lot and after one year of driving on this tires, they still look almost new. I will buy them again for sure.
I'm very happy with the tires ans also with etrailer for the great customer service.

I have purchased several products from Etrailer in the past & found their products and service to be very good. I recently ripped a sidewall on one of my dump trailer tires running over something at our local landfill. I found an EXACT replacement tire at Etrailer for a good price, free shipping, & fast delivery. I expect this tire to perform as well as the original tires that came with my dump trailer (in service 4 years, no problems) as it is an exact match.
We put 4 taskmaster tires on a tandem trailer and they have been very good. They are of good quality and wear evenly. The white spoke wheels we purchased worked well with the new tires Thanks
I thought the tires were as advertised and had no problem with delivery or
quality. These are used on my sixteen foot utility trailer hauling loads of hay, about
6,000 lbs No problems. Installed them on the wheels myself with my hand tire changer. Worked great..
Thank you,
Ken
GREAT TIRES, ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION WITHIN A WEEK, FREE SHIPPING, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Great tires for my camper and good communication with me to let me know that the order was delayed.
Etrailer sells quality products. Tires were shipped fast, each was individually boxed. Great quality, no concerns. Would buy anything from etrailer with confidence.
Nice job !!
Tires came in fast and the salesperson was great and very helpful. The only think I'm a little disappointed with is the tires production date is already a year old, so instead of replacing in 7 years I will need to replace in 6. But overall, I am very happy with the quality and would recommend the tires. Thank you etrailer and Paula S
Great quality tire and fast shipping!
I am very pleased with the Provider ST225/75R15 radial tires purchased from etrailer. They were ordered on 1/7/19 and amazingly delivered on 1/8/19. I just had the bearings repacked and the tires mounted on my 2017 Venture Sonic Lite. The ride is extremely smooth. I am looking forward to getting out on the highway for the first trip of the year! Thanks, etrailer, for selling quality tires at a great price!

Throughout the first year of traveling with the Provider ST22575R15 mounted on my travel trailer, I have been impressed with the performance of the tires in wet or dry road conditions and the lack of tread wear. When the time finally comes to get new tires, I will once again purchase the Providers.
