Can I put a trailer hitch on a 2019 Chevy shark and then add a 2 bicycle rack to carry 2 Lectric 3.0 e-bikes

Yes, you can install a Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11433 on your 2019 Chevrolet Spark. This receiver is capable of supporting up to 200lbs of tongue weight. With each of the Lectric 3.0 e-bikes weighing roughly 60lbs without the battery you will need a carrier like the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 which is capable of supporting 2 bikes up to 65lbs each and working with your class I receiver.

I do recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118694 when you install the receiver. This will allow you to add Auxiliary Lights # C53201 behind the bike rack since your bikes will most likely interfere with other drivers view of your tail lights.
