What do I need to install the Redarc Elite in my 2023 Toyota Tacoma?

To install the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED44FR in your 2023 Toyota Tacoma you only need the Harness # RED99FR. I do recommend using the Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-002 as well as this will allow you to utilize one of the blank switch covers on your dash. This will save you from having to drill into your dash as well for the control knob.
