I have a 2020 Ram 3500 4wd with a BandW turnover gooseneck installed. Will the Air Lift 5000 ultimate AL88231 fit fine with the turnover hitch install?

Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88231 will work with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1320 on your 2020 Ram 3500. The only reason you would not be able to install the Air Lift springs on your Ram is if you already have the factory air system or another aftermarket system.
I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ with the air springs. This compressor uses a smart manifold which allows you to make changes directly from your smart phone using the Air Lift app. The smart manifold also monitors the air pressure while you drive and will make changes if the pressure changes by more than 3psi.
