Rear-end squat throws off your handling and headlight aim when you’re towing or hauling. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers provide up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to keep things level and stable front to back. By sharing the load across all four wheels, they help maintain safe braking and steering while preventing bottoming out under heavy tongue weight or bed cargo.
Rough roads and uneven loads don’t stand a chance against the hybrid spring setup in this system. Inside each air bag is a closed-cell urethane jounce spring that engages progressively as the weight increases. It cushions road shock, cuts down on sway, and adds stability when cornering. Even if air pressure runs low, the internal jounces pick up the slack to help protect your suspension from harsh impacts.
No two hauls are the same, so the adjustable air springs let you fine-tune your setup for every job. Add air pressure when towing or carrying heavy loads for maximum support, or drop it closer to the 5 psi minimum when cruising unloaded for a softer feel. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included for simple setup, and independent adjustment lets you level side-to-side when loads aren’t centered.
Each LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate spring is built with 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber for durability and long service life. High-strength Zytel nylon endcaps resist corrosion and weigh less than steel without sacrificing strength. Air Lift’s exclusive upper and lower roll plates guard against punctures from moving parts and increase surface area for better ride quality at lower pressures. Urethane internal jounces require no maintenance, working reliably through hot and cold conditions.
Everything needed for installation comes in the box—mounting brackets, hardware, manual valves, and air lines. The setup mounts directly to your existing suspension with basic tools, making it a solid option for DIY installation. Once installed, simply inflate through the accessible valves on your bumper or pair it with a compatible onboard compressor system (sold separately) for in-cab control and on-the-fly adjustments.

Works amazing. The install was a little more difficult than it appears… It actually took me and a couple other guys five hours to get it completely installed.
There was a lot of cutting/grinding metal to make pieces fit properly, and had to drop the axel completely… I think that’s only for my gen 2 raptor.
At the end of the day, though I’m very happy with the result
Just had them installed, I’ll be hauling a 9800lb travel trailer soon. That will be the real test!
Added 40lbs of air, they sit the rear of truck up nicely.
I was easy to install just a few hours. Everything in the kit fit well. It would be nice if an extension brackets were provided for the brake line/abs wire mounting bars would be included like the brake line adapters that’s provided in the kit is my only recommendation to make it top notch.

No problems at all. Works exactly as intended
Have had a slow leak in one since day one. Air lift support not overly helpful. Had to furnish proof of purchase everytime I made contact with them. I'm living with the slow leak

I reached out to the manufacturer about the leak that you are experiencing. They advised that they had sent out new elbow fittings to help to fix the leak. If you are still experiencing leaks please let us know.
Works perfectly to level out my truck after setting the fifth wheel on the hitch. It helps with the rough interstate as well by controlling excessive bounce. It does increase the ride stiffness when empty so I have to manually let air out to around 10 psi to not notice the stiffness when empty. Installation was easy.

The air lift system is still working perfectly. Holds air pressure with no leakage. Thousands of miles towing fifth wheel doing what it was designed to do - carry the extra load.

Ok. I have had air bags on 4 trucks. They all leak air so it’s common to ad air monthly. Make sure to use the plumbers tape on threads.
