Are There Replacement Start Capacitors For A Dometic 13,500BTU AC Unit

Question:
I have a 2015 palomino Columbus 385bh. I believe the start capacitor has went out on the front 13,500 ac. I will upload pictures. Do you have any replacement parts or recommendations? Everything I have tried to look up said it no longer making parts. Also, how do you tell which model you have? Thank you so much

We don't currently offer a replacement start capacitor for your Dometic AC condenser unit but you could reach out to a local HVAC technician to see if there's a compatible replacement with either the same or higher voltage. It's not as specific as you might think so it could potentially be replaced.
If there isn't a compatible replacement then you'd be looking at replacing the entire condenser unit and would need to check what style connector your system has to plug into the controller. If you have a 6-pin the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup # ACDOM135 would be a compatible replacement. If you have a 9-pin connector then you'll also need a wire harness adapter # ACCOLKIT in order to plug in your new unit.
