If you are asking for a suspension upgrade kit that has adjustable bags that do not use air, I am not aware of any that exist.

If you are just asking for a suspension upgrade kit that does not use air, then we have the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRSDJ. This system installs directly onto the frame of your F-450 and works independently for side-to-side load leveling. It becomes more rigid as more weight is added and acts as a shock absorber.
