I have a solution, but none of the air bags that fit your 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 are compatible with an in-bed hitch. If you're looking for additional support I recommend using the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer # SSA25. These will reinforce your rear suspension reducing sag and sway. They have a 3,400 lb weight capacity and a bolt-on installation. They also come with a limited lifetime warranty and a a 30-Day satisfaction guarantee.
