What it the weight for the front lift on a keystone raptor? We are replacing our landing gear and want to make sure we get the right weight Jacks.

While I do not have any way of knowing what your 2010 Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler's pin weight is for selecting landing gear due to there being multiple floor plans and depending on what you're carrying in the trailer, I can tell you that landing gear such as the # RVLG-8000 will work perfectly.
The # RVLG-8000 is rated for up to 8,000lbs which is more than strong enough for virtually every 5th wheel, and can be manual used with the hand crank # RVLG-HDL or you can add the electric motor # LC142178.
This landing gear works as long as your current weld stops are the standard 15-1/2" inside to inside and 17-1/2" outside to outside as shown in the below picture. If you have a different weld stop spacing it's easier to have a fab shop move them to this spacing as it's what virtually every trailer uses now-a-days, so most of the landing gear on the market uses this spacing.
