It’s the 2800lbs capacity for this suspension for both springs or just for one spring?

The 2,800 lb capacity of the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-130-54 is for both. This is the weight capacity at 50% compression. These are confirmed to fit your 2018 Ford E-Series Cutaway.
