Will the Curt Trailer hitch #C87WR fit a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV?

For your 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV you will need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C86FV. This has a different mounting bracket on the passenger side of the frame than the Receiver # C87WR you found which does not fit the PHEV.
I recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK46VR when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector for connecting to most small trailers you might pull as well as Auxiliary Lights # C53201. The auxiliary lights are needed if you have a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
