Yakima two timer. One of the buckles broke. I have only had it a year. Can one just replace the buckle?

If it's the buckle assembly you'd have to replace the entire cradle like with the part # 8880797 or the # 8880796 depending on which cradle it is. If it was actually the strap the part number you need is the # Y8880229.
