We do have what you need but I checked with Yakima for you and the part you mentioned will not work with a Yakima FourTimer bike rack.
Instead, there are a couple of parts you that you need, and I verified this with Yakima for you:
- Replacement Hitch Bolt and Clip # Y8890200
- Replacement Nut Retainer # Y90254
