If your 15K Btu Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM150 has 120V power but you aren't seeing the 12V power at your thermostat then you'll want to track down that 12V wire and see where the power is being lost. It could be a fuse, damaged wiring, a poor connection, or even a bad ground.

I do not have a 12 volt power source, only 120vac. Is there a way to get this to work?

@Stan @Stan David was using a unit with a wall thermostat, and the wall thermostat requires 12V power. If you don't have 12V power then you need a unit with the ceiling thermostat like the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Manual # ACM150CH so the thermostat is powered by 120V instead.
