Is Advent Air AC System Compatible With Dometic Duo Therm

Is this unit compatible with a duo therm by dometic ac ? And does it come with harnesses ?

Hey Eli! The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ADV92SR you ordered is not compatible with a Dometic Duo Therm. However, it really doesn't matter. This is a new R32 refrigerant unit so it won't be backwards compatible with any of the old R410a units. You will be receiving a thermostat and air distribution box with the AC unit which will allow you to completely replace what you have so compatibility isn't a concern. Will this work with an existing Advent setup? Can I just swap out the AC unit?

@Tom unless you just bought one (I'm sure you haven't yet this year) it will not work with an old Advent Air ADB or thermostat. Those are all going to be the R410A and if it isn't its under warranty still at this point. The # ADV92SR mentioned above is a complete system so it will come with the new ADB and thermostat calibrated to work with the new R32 AC unit.

@RossannaT are you asking about the price of the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ADV92SR? It can be found on the product page if you click the linked part. You can also see it further down on this page. This system will be able to replace your Duo Therm.
