Updated 05/17/2023 | Published 05/15/2023 >
Question:
2015 town and country, Ive had it installed for about a year and never had any issues tonight I hooked up to a different trailer and the left brake lights are on constantly. I checked the pigtail and yellow is hot constantly. I went back and unplugged everything and looked for bent pins i cant find any issues. What am I missing?

It sounds like you might be having some issues with the trailer wiring harness on your 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. If that's the case then the issue is likely within the converter as that is the most common fail point. If you have constant power on the yellow wire which is for the left hand stop/turn signal circuit, test the yellow wire going into the converter from the tail lights. If you don't get constant power here then you know the issue is with the converter and the entire harness will need replaced. I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118534 as our most durable and reliable option.
