Question:
I just purchased a Kenda ST205/75D14 weight rating C tire for my 2018 Gulf-stream Amerilite 198BH. The tire I purchased has K550 stamped on it but when I looked at the old tire, I see it has K558. Can I use the new tire or do I have to return it for a K558?

Expert Reply:
Both the Kenda K558 and the K550 you purchased are Bias ply tires, so as long as your old tire is also an ST205/75D14 tire, you can use the # AM3S440 you purchased without any issues.
The only time mixing tires is an issue is if they're a different size, or if you mix radials and bias ply tires. Since both are bias ply, and I'm assuming you purchased the same size, you'll have no issues.
