Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57331 will fit on your 2023 Nissan Titan Pro 4x. Personally I recommend upgrading to the Kit # AL88331 which has the internal jounce bumper. This will act similarly to the factory jounce springs you remove to install the air springs. When hauling heavy loads it also helps to reduce bouncing which is common with other air spring kits.
