The Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 - Silver Powder Coat # AM20539 does not have a max PSI rating, or any PSI rating. That is common among trailer wheels because the PSI is determined by the valve stem and not the wheel.

For example the Americana High Pressure Rubber Snap-In Valve Stem # AM20904 that fits this wheel has a max PSI of 80.
