Question:
I purchased Kenda Karrier 205/75/14 load range D tires for my camper. Will these rims handle the 75 psi recommended by Kenda?

The psi rating for the Aluminum Jaguar Trailer Wheel # LHSJ211G referenced in your question, as with any trailer wheel, is actually determined by the valve stem that is used. A valve stem is included with this aluminum wheel, but it is only rated for up to 65 psi.
Since your Kenda Load Range D tires have a 75 max psi rating, you will just need to swap out the valve stem with a higher rated unit like the Americana # AM20904, which is rated for up to 80 psi.
I have attached a couple short video demonstrations on both this wheel and valve stem that you can check out.
