Question:
My OEM tires are 205 75 14. If I go to a load range D tire with 65 PSI, will my OEM rims handle that? There are no markings on the rim to indicate what PSI is Max .

Expert Reply:
The psi rating will be determined by either the tire or the valve stem of the wheels. If you upgrade your tires you can upgrade the valve stems to meet the necessary psi.
We carry several options. Americana # AM20903 are rated up to 65 psi and # AM20904 are rated up to 80 psi.
Or for heavier trailers we have # AM20907 rated up to 100 psi and # AM20906 rated over 100 psi which are metal.
