Hello John,
Yes, the Hellwig Adjustable Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/4" Diameter # HE87FR will come with everything you need to install it on your 2017 Ram 2500, except the tools needed.
I just installed a Hellwing rear ant-sway bar on our Silverado 1500, the installation is pretty simple. What a difference it made! Mine didn't have a sway bar on the rear, just one on the front.
Are you towing anything that you are looking for the added support?
