What is the overall width of this hitch outside to outside of the side rails?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C14355 is going to be 35-1/2" wide. The more important measurement to look at is going to be the mounting bolt holes. I have included an image below with the mounting bolt hole spacing when measuring on center.
