Curt 14355 and spare tire clearance. My 01 F350 Crew TD has a 275 r 18 wheel and spare Do you forsee any problems at all?

Your larger tire size is about 1.6" taller than OEM installed tires, making them a little more than 33" in height. I do not think there will be an issue with the Curt Trailer Hitch, # C14355 as it is 34" from center to center bolt hole. Please note the attached image.
